Taking your dad to a diner

my dad usually embarrasses me by trying to tell the waitress jokes and he’ll spend the entire time complaining about the food. (“this coffee tastes like ass” or “what are these? pigeon eggs??”) BUT it‘ll make him happy and my dad often has very good gossip. Overall it’s a formative experience.

sunday 4:30pm dinner at dad's <3 mini grocery haul in his cupboards lasagna in my belly extra mint chip ice cream for dessert and!! his building has laundry for $0.50 a cycle

HAVING SIMILAR TASTE TO YOUR DAD

I’m so happy and grateful to have grown up with a dad who taught me to love books, movies and music - when i was a kid he would wake me up every morning by singing a song from singing in the rain as i’ve gotten older i’ve loved being able to discuss all kinds of media with him (and being able to steal books from his collectio)
