just took a nap (rare for me) that was over an hour instead of a quick 20 minutes, because even though I set a slew of alarms to make sure I woke up, I set them all for tomorrow morning.

I like to do this once a quarter. Go to bed at 7:00pm and log a solid twelve hours. Best done in a made bed, after an exhausting stretch of working & living very full days. I can barely keep my eyes open today and I fully intend to spend the evening in bed catching some Zzzs.
