be okay with not being an expert

I started a teaching fellowship today and immediately found out I’m the least experienced person in the room. After a slight moment of panic I realized that I’m lucky to be a part of something where I can benefit from a ton of expertise and experience I don’t yet have. It feels pretty good to still have hills to climb.
