i listened to it for the first time this past weekend and i was instantly hooked. the sheer vampiric atmosphere of the album mixed with fact that i recently finished reading the queen of the damned made for one of the best listening experiences i had in a minute.

i already posted about this on my music-centric public finsta/meme insta account (@valleygirl5678 as well if ya wanna follow π) but wow this album might be one of my faves of the year. after a first listen of a new album i usually dont feel the urge to listen again until at least the next day because i usually need time to let the first listen sort of settle in before going back to it. but this album... like i immediately had the urge to listen again i craved it (a feeling i have honestly not had with a new album since maybe magdalena bay's 'imaginal disk' from last year???) but ya listen to this album u will not regret it!!! such an easy listen but also quite experimental for a rock album which is great its the perfect combo π€
