Almost grunge. Really good. Sounds like i'ts from the mid 90s. Playing is tight, production sounds better than pretty much anything punk from the era. Worth a listen if you wanna feel like punching a wall repeatedly for 30 minutes. MJ Lenderman has em playlisted I think.

integrityprevails posted this on her story and the album art seemed cool so i checked it out and.. this shit rocks. almost sounds like if James Murphy made punk power pop but maybe that's just because the singer's voice is similar

Greg Sage and whoever he had playing with him at any point in time until about 1999 = Portland's late, great, underrated Wipers. If you dig your punk a bit more on the melodic / musical side (but not, let's say, "Green Day" dayglo flavored pop/punk), this is for you/worth exploring. All three of the band's first trilogy of albums (Is This Real? Youth of America; Over the Edge) are equally fantastic. "Over the Edge" was intentionally recorded and mastered so as to have almost no low-end information on it whatsoever; it's as though Sage woke up one day and thought "I really don't like the bass register, at all" and just carved it off the bones. Kind of like when you used to listen to MP3's and thought "maybe I got a bad rip here." Nope, this is just how Greg wanted you to hear it.

Cool grunge/post-rock coming out of Copenhagen. Reminds of me of the song Superstar by Pretty Sick.
