Favorite form of exercise for a number of reasons:
-People will invite you to pet their dogs
-Get to wear a regular outfit instead of feeling shitty in gym clothes
-Get to enjoy the Spring weather
-Can reward yourself with a nice view or a nice treat from a local business
-Hours of music and peoplewatching
-Low impact and doesn’t make me feel like I’m going to die for several days after like lifting heavy does
-Reminds you it’s a small world and you have the power to traverse it
