Normal life is not being hitched to your phone like cattle in a yoke
Human thriving for thousands of years occurred without ready screen access
So I'd say: try anything but don't have your phone with you—go for a walk, hang with friends, draw, write, figure out a way to take pictures or listen to music without the phone; go to the store or class or to the party without it
I'm in this journey myself. Forcing myself to notice. Forcing myself to think differently. So instead say: I don't bring my phone with my everywhere. What's a good reason to have it this time? Changing the defaults.
