BANANA CINNAMON ROLLS
customize your store bought baked goods. i rolled banana slices into this cinnamon roll dough and mixed banana cream pudding mix into the icing. my god. you won’t regret this. i thought about mixing PB2 in the icing for a pb banana number. another idea for you.

Bake banana bread
Cream together 1 stick butter + 1 cup sugar, then mix in 2 eggs. Add 1 TBSP milk, pinch salt, 1 tsp baking soda, 2 cups flour. Add 3 ripe mashed bananas + 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg. Bake in a loaf pan at 350 for 50-60 min (depending on your oven) Add 1/2 cup walnuts to the batter if you like it nutty.

20g of protein and you put everything you like in it. i mix in some cherry jello mix throw some cereal in there some white chocolate chips some frozen cherries. crunch up a cookie and mash it in oh my god so good it‘ll seem too good to be true
