i like to get lost. it forces me to remember that i don’t need a gps to go 5 blocks to that one restaurant. i bike till i feel ”lost” and then bike a little bit more and take a different direction home.
i find new parks, new hobby shops, that one weird art installation, graffiti i haven’t seen before, and cool plants everywhere. it reminds me i need to just chill out at take in my surroundings more.
disclaimer: i usually do this when i cant sleep and i have a lot of worry in my brain. it helps me leave my phone, distress and connect with my body/space more.
