RUNNING AROUND
My friend and I both don't like running very much as exercise, but the other night we did the childhood activity of "running around" in my backyard and THAT was great.

adult running around has so many social conditions and restrictions to it and the whole thing just feels embarrassing. it should be socially acceptable to go feral for exercise!!!

galloping
Had not done this in nearly 20 years but last night in the empty park my friends and I were like wait … what if we galloped around. It was perfect … and so easy to cover a ton of ground FAST. Not sure if i will be doing it in other circumstances but last night it worked.

I love looking up at the stars every night, and it's one of those things that actually feels worth the snapshot. It feels cozy to recognize planets and stars (and our faithful friend Orion). It really never gets old for me, and even though the images aren't remarkable, looking back at them transports me to moments of simple special presence with myself.
