Trying to be on my healthy shit lately (was weighed recently and it had me like oh hell no) and this is my go to. Not a veggie fan at all but the combo has been saving my life recently. I’m so use to grabbing some bullshit I have no business munching on but this substitute is always a good one.
Ok Gonna get ~real✨~ during depressive bouts this snack is imperative to me and in times of extreme desperation it is lunch. healthy and tasty and requires zero effort after bringing yourself to go buy it. My fav is with red pepper hummus
This has been my mainstay for like a year. Refreshing a filling. I usually mix in some thai chili powder into the hummus and prep a bowl with whatever raw veg I have on hand. Carrots, tomatoes, celery, cucumbers/pickles, cabbage, etc.
Literally for the past three weeks I bring a pita wrap with hummus, carrots, cumin, some fennel seeds and then whatever other veggies are in the fridge, pumpkin, spinach, eggplant #guthealthforlife
Don’t be that person. Mf got a banana and a Celsius, something is going down and they need to make a quick exit. You got mad vegetables anyway, let the cashier breathe a little before they struggle to remember how to ring up them green onions you copping.
Nothing better than giving someone a little squeeze to show them you got them. It’s always great when someone can sense that you need it and add a little something to the hug. Don’t settle for a dap. Get in there.
I have no context at all but I love it. Feels like I’m missing out but that’s alright it’s just good to hear somebody having a big ol belly laugh and enjoying this shit while we’re breathing.
