there's a certain charm to carrying a refillable pen with the intention of always having it, like you would your phone, or your wallet. the pen just becomes a part of your life. it's one less thing to throw away and i like that.
pictured is the famed parker jotter. i urge everyone to try carrying a refillable pen. you might lose it eventually but it's worth a shot.
It’s getting embarrassing how much I’ve rec’d this, but i just really love it, and I think using refillable pens is a Tiny bit better for the environment, and also good for your soul cause you an form a lasting creative bond with your pen!
anytime i’m out in nature i find myself looking for benches with commemorative engravings or plaques. whether it’s just someones name, a poem or a deeply personal message, they always get to me! needless to say bladee’s line “when i die they’re gon’ make a park bench saying this where he sat” resonated with me heavy
trying to consume more poetry nowadays too and receiving a daily poem in my mailbox has been v helpful in figuring out what speaks to me and what im not per se keen on. todays poem was a delight imo!
