Overcomplicated actually. I needed a pencil cup for my desk, so I made one out of Trader Joeโs turkey chili can. I left it at that for a while, then decided to make a base out of plywood and bolt the can to it through the bottom, providing slightly more stability and preventing my pencils from spilling all over my desk.
