Sometimes it’s nice to just feel like you have a purpose, even with leisure activities. (ex: I want to finish this really long tv show by the end of the month, etc.)
It makes me feel like I’m exercising some sort of positive control in my life and OH BOY does it feel good to achieve something, even if it’s just a silly little goal I set for myself.
More of a snack but it's literally just potato chips as a vehicle for cottage cheese. I call it "protein chips" so it feels healthy. You can add seasonings or hot sauce for added fun.
