It's a good balance of pretty and practical - I use it daily at work just to check off tasks without getting bogged down by "too much planning".
Otherwise dearly miss the Samsung Calendar widget, no longer in the ecosystem and the fact that you could put stickers on dates was life changing for me.
+ Editing this to also add Notion, again a digital tool but is another one that helps me stay on task!

I’m not a student anymore but I was for most of my life. I also absolutely struggle to break down tasks and unless I see a list of what I have to do physically in front of me, it is so hard to recall it and feel motivated to do it. I found that a notebook that shows me everything I have to do for a week or for a day, helps tremendously. I used to use the weekly moleskine but now I use a Hobonichi hon (though they also offer weekly layouts).
Also Hobonichi has a weird community of enthusiasts. the sub Reddit is amazing for creative inspiration. hope that helps.

im a freak when it comes to planning stuff out, and basically my entire day/week is written down, so a hobonichi weekly planner is like number one on my wishlist.
they’re very fun to journal with, and decorate with stickers, highlights, and whatnot, along with being super handy for scheduling.

I use notion for organising my university work, shopping lists, monthly goals, etc. For day to day tasks I use Microsoft todo. Not only does it make a really satisfying noise when you tick things off, it’s also really handy for me in a morning to get everything I need to do for the day physically written dow instead of it being stuck in my head. Also writing down small, easy tasks can help me to feel more productive with my day even if the task is just making lunch or having a shower.
Google Calendar is also my saviour. Super easy to use and makes everything all organised. My friends and I even have our calendars synced, which helps organising plans with them so much easier
Not sure if this is of any use either but I also keep a spending diary so I can stay on top of my finances. I find it’s really helpful for me to physically write that down in a diary and at the end of every week work out how much money can get put into my savings. Staying on top of it all is the key!

currently being a bit more financially responsible and finding that the only way for me to stay on top of things is to know my daily budget and actually write it down and see the numbers with my own eyes, because numbers don't mean shit to me otherwise
