if you are ever in Amsterdam you must go to uncommon bar first thing in the morning and get their kimchi smoked beschamel pastry. it blew my mind.
uncommon is a beautiful space but v hipster, so i went in there ready to judge but i could not have been more wrong about this place. it made me think about how its not cool to care about things too much. the people who created this place cared about every single little detail and it shows.
