Go under the shower and set an intention, visualise that all the water that comes from the shower abundantly is your dream, your desire. You are washed with it, the intention falls on your skin, cleansing you up.
I LOVE this idea I developped from other rituals where I read that you can imagine the water cleansing you over bad juju, but I thought ok wait.. not only it can cleanse you, the water becomes whatever you want to feel after all that negative release! So what is it going to be?
