Havent been using conditioner in my hair since like elementary school till now. Thought that shit was for girls. Not really but i did have a fundamental misunderstanding of what it would do to my hair and turns out its awesome. Tap in family

i stopped doing it when i stopped dying my hair and idk why bc it’s goated. esp once your hair reaches a certain length and deep conditioners get involved. plus i can give it a proper cold rinse! bc lord knows i'm not doing that in the shower.

every time i ever wash my hair it gets incredibly poofy like a circus clown wig (blame recycled jewish genes) and after a years-long hunt, i have finally found something that always makes my hair look fucking normal. it's an adjustment period for sure because it has absolutely zero lather but my hair looks nice and smooth and tame with zero effort. love it gurl

But I’ve been washing my hair like daily or every other day with a color safe shampoo and conditioner instead of trying to extend time between washes. I tried everything but I feel like that’s just hateful guidance for me because i have fine hair but it’s incredibly dense and I have a LOT of it. I’m constantly bleaching and coloring it because I’m a hair model and I haven’t gotten in trouble with my stylist so i think it’s going well…. unfortunately can’t say the same about my hot styling brush usage he said those are canceled 😖 RIP because I still don’t know how to use a round brush to this day

bread from work , toasted , brie , torched , provolone , torched , capicola , proscioutto , thin sliced green apple , hot honey , lettuce/arugula/spinach mix , balsamic , olive oil , salt+pepper , blackberry preserves . i do this at least once a month it costs 700 dollars
