Strawberries from the store should be washed in hot water so that they get a little warm. Warm strawberries are the best.
Maybe I'm biased because I grew up with more sun warmed strawberries that I could eat, but cold strawberries don't taste as good!

I was destined to like strawberries as I was born next to a strawberry field but even if I wasn't I'd still love them. strawbs slap every single time

After 25 years, I finally like strawberries. I remember trying them as a kid and not liking the texture so I never had them again. I randomly decided to grab some at the grocery store and Iβve been eating them every day this week. Amazing stuff.

I had just taken a volleyball straight to the nose. My glasses had flown off and I was disoriented. The game paused and my team gathered around me asking if I was ok.
It hurt, but less than I had thought it would. I was more concerned with making sure my glasses didn't break.
While I was inspecting them, one of my teammates noticed that I had a small cut on the bridge of my nose and it was bleeding. I couldn't even tell.
Because I couldn't see where the cut was, I asked one of my teammates to put the bandaid on me. It shocked me just how intimate it was to be cared for. I doubt my teammate remembers it as clearly as I do (if at all), but I think this won't be something I forget

I'm actually really excited to go back to school. I'm getting a masters in bioinformatics! The program seems super cool and includes a paid internship at the end.
