Quickly becoming a huge Kiyoshi Kurosawa fan.
I loved Cure (top 5 for me) and Pulse was really great too. His films really get under your skin and create a distinct feeling of dread.
If you're truly not sure what to do, I can imagine this film (w/ a protagonist in a similar position from the jump) could help work through some options
