when I find a song I love I like to listen to it a lot, sometimes on repeat! It makes the memories you have during that time period so much stronger, like theme songs for different seasons of your life. Beautiful.

remember when you were a kid and a song was played that just did it for you and you would say “again, again, again!” and your parents would entertain you by playing the song for like the third or fourth time in a row? when did we stop doing that for ourselves?
I’ve been getting back into throwing a song on relentless loop if I’m still feeling it when it ends. if i’m enjoying an experience, what’s the rush to jump to something else so quickly? play it again! 🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️

In order to do what you love in the arts, it means selling out and making "cringe content" but if that's what works and gets you more towards your goals WHY is that a bad thing? We only focus on Cinderella stories, but when did trying become corny? Why is it if you make a tiktok to try and get more eyes on your art it's cringe if it only get 200 views, but if the same video gets 1.4 million it's suddenly cool? Why if you put a lot of effort into something, it's not cool cause you didn't do it naturally and effortlessly? Not caring isn't cool anymore. Showing you're trying hard and giving a shit is what's cool now. I decree it.

Great show, thought it was gonna be some sort of “haha funny laugh laugh” show when I saw the trailer but it’s actually a really gripping storyline with memorable and deep characters that tackle the complexities of Big Pharma.
(It’s on the streaming service formerly known as HBO max btw)
