The humble tuna and chickpea are amazing sources of protein and are easy and cheap to put into your everyday life. Boil some chickpeas and save overnight, put em on beans and rice and voila!

Stack up on: chickpeas, lentils and beans. With chickpeas you can do hummus, you can roast them and eat as a snack or serve as a side dish with anything. Lentils are great for a quick creamy soup (you only need a carrot and an onion extra) and it’s super mega tasty. Or you make a lentils hummus and use as a spread. also lentil bread is very good! These are cheap, high on protein and filling but also very delicious in my opinion.

Rapid fire of things I love for high protein, cheap and easy: - Lentil sloppy joes. Essentially just put water seasoning and lentils into a pot. - Spicy Chili Mac (white people supreme): tofu, kidney beans, tomato and pasta. Pretty low effort, sounds weird but I love it. - Chickpea paprikash- simple and honestly fire: Chickpeas in a warm spicy tomato sauce with pasta (I sub the sour cream for greek yogurt) -Fried rice with eggs and edamame - Black bean quesadillas -Black bean bowl (rice, black beans, salsa, corn, mango if you feel fancy) -Blended tofu/beans into soups/pastas (sounds weird but it helps add protein/thicken it up) - Canned tuna

Everything in your life does not have to be subscription based, and subscription does not equate a service being good. If I’m paying $24.99 a month to watch Netflix in 4K UHD, I should expect to see what I pay for, not subpar playback latency, low bitrate streams, many app crashes, and overall looking terrible on anything that isn’t a 4K display.
Remember when you could buy things and own them, like, forever?
There is a better world out there past Netflix, Hulu, Spotify and Amazon Prime.
