I carry around an old pill bottle filled with flaky salt with me. It always elevates an okay meal, and goes great on sweets. Seriously just pick some up and you'll thank me later.
Where have you been all of my life? salty, a little fishy but not too overpowering. Light, looks like itβs dancing when placed on hot food. What more could you want?
