the new album by japanese breakfast. i’ve been listening to it all day and i can’t get enough. my fav songs are the two singles, picture window, and winter in LA.

im already on my third listen of this this morning which is an upside of a short album but it’s soooooo good omg
i actually listened to this on tuesday at a listening party with one of my friends but we ended up being the only people who came for it at the record shop but it was great anyway
my top three songs so far are (not in order)
1. orlando in love
2. picture window
3. leda
i just can’t get over how beautiful this album is and i can’t wait to see it live in june
japanese breakfast is one of my favourite artists/bands and i love everything they do, they deserve so much more appreciation and recognition
every album is a perfect and this one is no exception go give it a listen

just in time for my fall angst. also, i love this album art so much. (luna & the wild blue everything also had great cover art). it makes me mildly emotional but hopeful.

too often people complain about having a ‘stomachache’ before gripping on their lower abdomen to relieve the pain. not to be pedantic but how actually dare you?
the stomach is in the upper abdomen minding her own, getting the job done, and you’re attributing the downstairs nuisance of the bowels and uterus to her name???
you have a BOWEL ache, you have UTERUS cramps... the stomach chooses not to affiliate herself with those organs (she told me) x

when i moved in in september ‘24, this tree was green and i was happily surprised when a few weeks ago i noticed it was blossoming pink.
i srsly cannot wait for spring. get these clouds out of the sky man.

my rocket goes technically out of date tomorrow

i also hate that it’s called arugula in the usa question mark???
like rocket is so much better on the kiki vs bouba scale, rocket is defo kiki and arugula sounds too bouba for the taste
it also looks kiki look at those spikes
