my spiritual friend told me that the start of the astronomical year is the right time to set new goals and intentions. i don’t even believe in these things but everything got pretty bad again so i might as well try. i haven’t felt this sad and lost and lonely in years and my wish for this season is to finally change my life for the better, to meet the right people and to keep chasing my dreams. it hasn’t been easy but i can only remain hopeful despite it all

I believe in you!! Times are soooo fking tough, but humans are resilient af. Our ancestors survived through so much heartbreak and pain and here we are experiencing it as well. But there are beautiful things to experience too! I've worked really hard at trying to fill my life up with as much beauty as I can to fight off the darkness. I now have so many beautiful souls, trinkets, goals, ideas, little adventures, big adventures in my life.

asking for what you want

i’m not sure if there is a trick to level 10 manifesting or if it’s a power that must slowly grow over time but i highly recommend speaking your desires to the world loudly. my friend and i yesterday were texting about wishing we had gotten ladyland tix in advance but didn’t want to spend the coin. an hour later i posted on my story asking whats up tn for pride? my friend dmed me offering me two free vip tickets to ladyland. it’s cool to have powers 👍🏼 i will continue to nurture my spiritual aura for max attraction and thank the universe for our deeply giving relationship

A little overnight alter for joy in the coming month

maybe put some things you regularly wear or carry on there. maybe some citrus for excitement and cinnamon for abundance. a little superstition has always been good for my soul.

being the person you wanted to become as a child

i used to look up to my friends’ older siblings and think wow i can’t wait to become as cool as them one day. then when i became a teen and i was so shy and cared too much about what others thought of me and the rise of social media didn’t help at all. but now i think back at the little diva i was and she would want me to feel confident, to be unique and happy and to keep being kind to others. her opinion is the only one that matters to me now
