I love granola. granola is love, granola is life.
Pour it in skyr, mix it well. Better with a self made iced coffee. oof, now I’m hungry

I beg of you, stop buying sad store-bought granola! You really can make your own, and Alanna Taylor-Tobin’s recipe over at Food52 has an incredible solve for making the most deliciously crunchy, chewy, and satisfyingly clumpy granola around — the granola sandwich.
Basically, you smash the granola between two sheet pans before baking. More oat-to-pan ratio means more caramelized deliciousness. Voila.
