1989 Grateful dead

1989 was a great year for the Dead- crisp sound, bigger jams, and Jerry was lucid and creative. There are great shows throughout the 80’s but 87-89 were the best years with a peak in 89…of course this carried over to 1990 which was probably the best year for the Dead since 1977.

Green day

they literally only have two good albums (Dookie is a classic yeah and Insomniac is genuinely excellent) but they’ve just been so droll for years! American Idiot is very mid-2000s zeitgeisty but removed from that context I’m not super sure about it!

King of the Hill

It's such a funny show and it's so chill too. Dale is my favorite, he's hilarious (or should I say HILL-larious) (I think he's everyone's favorite actually, how could he not be). The downside is that my internal voice keeps trying to do a Texas accent now because I've been watching it too much.
