Generally speaking, I wanna reorganize the way I use the internet. I wanna participate and interact with people. I feel like on Instagram I’ve been worrying too much about the mystique I create for myself, like I’m constantly advertising myself. It feels icky and I’m ready to give it up.
My ig has 9 followers, omits my name, and is only used as a digital scrapbook for myself. stop caring abt likes and interactions and keeping up w everyone else
Went to the dietitian and she told I had to stop eating bread. I damn near got up and left.
Food with bread in it is one of life’s greatest pleasures. Especially sandwiches which is basically a salad with bigger croutons🙄
What I can do is eat less bread but even then, I WILL be going to subway once in a while and I think that’s okay. Sue me.
