Honestly, because of therapy and the work I am putting into myself I am allowing vulnerability to come in more. Lately I’ve been crying with friends and just letting myself feel my feels and it’s so cathartic.

sometimes when i see my friends laugh, their facial expressions give me a glimpse of what they would look like if they were crying and it makes me sad and then im extra kind to them because i dont want them to ever be sad

Tried doing the whole lowercase text thing but I just can't. I love love love love love capital letters at the beginning of a sentence too much. It itches my brain so well. Please everyone use it again I miss it I feel like I get pointed at and laughed at for using capital letters. My friend asked me the other day, "Why do you have auto-caps enabled on your laptop?" I don't. I JUST ALWAYS PRESS SHIFT. PLEASE.
