@LORENA it’s a mix of rice and mushrooms but any veg would work!! added some tomato paste and spices and then cheese layered in between :))

COOKING WITH/FOR OTHER PEOPLE

Cooking as an activity with friends is so underrated especially with the big light off and some ambient lighting for dinner and some nice music playing. A soft moment to talk and have fun, plus a tasty reward afterwords. It fills my soul to cook for other people.

it brings me so much joy to make something tasty for a person i love. i also really love that line from 'the bear' - about how special moments always happen around food; i feel this is true, and i think food itself makes every moment a bit more special.
