I started meditating about 2 months ago. I havenβt been consistent but this app is doing wonders for me. I love the breath work aspect. Tonight it focused in all the things ive touched. kinda dumb but I went through it all, toast, clothing, my dog, my makeup etc. different textures different purposes. Itβs weird when you break down your day to the small things. Try it, you might like it.
