Professor skye is by far my favorite youtuber and (in my book) far and away the best music commentator of the moment.
He is able to deliver incredibly thoughtful music and cultural analysis in one take, his background as a french professor shining through in his oration.

starting my page off right by sharing my appreciation of this great creator. I've been watching his channel for so long and I really owe my interest in philosophy and my curiosity in the world as a teenager to him. I very often rewatch 'The Squonk' whenever I'm feeling a bit down or lonely. He also looks suspiciously similar to my local second-hand bookshop owner... I'm sure there must be some overlap between philosophy youtube essayists and second-hand bookshop owners.
