I struggle with depression and often times vlogging daily Tasks that I have trouble motivating myself to do helps me a lot. For example, studying for an exam, morning/nightly routines, a day in the life. I like to vlog this stuff and sometimes I’ll edit it to be cute. I’ve never posted any of the videos I took but I’ve been contemplating. Also most of the time it’s me recording things I’m doing on Tik tok in 2x speed

I AM ON IT FOR 5 MINUTES A DAY all i do is like my friends posts, maybe take some drafts where i hype myself up by lipsynching and looking pretty and amazing as i do (self confidence is key to literally everything in life), and then maybe post some material for my artist project on my page to promote it. it is simply a tool for me and i will not let myself scroll for more than 5 videos on my fyp love learning to control my impulses and taking control of my digital life!!!

I cant believe I genuinely can spend an hour staring at my tiktok reposts because they make me feel like myself and im relating to something,, an addictive form of self expression lol I gotta find alternatives
