this is lorelei - box for buddy box for star

if you like some alt-country, this is like bedroom indie pop jangle folk with drum machines. allegedly this album was inspired by the time he saw stonehenge and it made him want to stop smoking weed. loved this album and his 2019 Move Around EP is an all time personal fav of mine.

Sun kil moon’s “ghosts of the great highway” album

Despite the creepy Victorian era album cover, the songs on this album are just so light and airy and dreamy and beautiful. my fav album of all time. rock/folk from the very early 2000s. a masterpiece. perfect for driving around on a sunny day (or a gloomy day, or nighttime), taking a walk, cleaning, literally anything. this album makes my life feel cinematic when I’m listening, no matter what I’m doing <3
