My cat taught me intuitive eating. I can tell when she is getting hungry and then I give her food accordingly. It’s never at an exact time and she only eats until she is full. If I give her food at the same time every day she will just stare at me like I’m an idiot.

Playin with your cat

Obviously play with your cat. But if you play with your cat ten minutes before meals you simulate the natural hunting instinct. Curbs misdirected aggression and also I think makes them enjoy their food more. Just my two cents.. that Jackson Galaxy agrees with.

When your cat becomes suspiciously nice before feeding time

When your cat comes to cuddle you and you’re like “wow, this bud really loves me…” then you look at the clock and notice that it’s almost feeding time.

Staring into your cats eyes and letting them know its okay to speak

I sit down and I tell her:
I know you understand what I’m saying. It’s safe. you may remove the mask and allow yourself to communicate with me. Do it..say something…please 🙏😭
And then she never does but I KNOW secretly she can talk like a full human being I know it in my soulllllll
