Yeah playlists are fine but nothing will ever beat the process of illegally downloading songs off Limewire, perfectly curating the order to create the right vibe, then standing by your convictions to burn it on a cd never to be changed.
I miss burning CDs! Now I have no way to play them. I love how all over the place they used to be. They feel so personal.
