Don’t pin a dream to time that’s not guaranteed. Go now since you have the fire and yearning to do so. You don’t want to wake up in your 30s and resent yourself, your folks, time, etc. bcz you didn’t go.
just be fucking late. because then at least you can be late and relaxed. relaxed and certain that you’re prepared and present for whatever it is you’re showing up embarrassingly late to. if you want to be on time so bad then get out of bed on time. 🙄🙄 -fae out ~/~ number of times i’ve gotten out of bed at my first alarm my whole life :3
all the short-term joy and freedom of getting to avoid it, with all of the actual responsibility of eventually doing it anyway (con: it might be harder to do it later than it would have been to just do it now but simply close your mind to this eventuality)
