my roommate and I hyper fixated on this combination during covid and it still slams every time. it can be fancy pants with buratta and pancetta or literally just two ingredients and it’s great. i found this great depression recipe video for pasta and peas today and it’s making me cry laughing, we WERE soooo depressed and broke, like “what a delicacy this is!” but i stand by it
