This album, like most albums coming from 90's Madonna, is SOOOO ahead of its time. It's an album of sexual liberation and of confronting the taboos of yourself. It asks you to not be afraid of these taboos as it is just as much a part of you as the more glimmering side of you.

It’s a simple little song but so beautiful, I wish I had discovered it when I was a teenager as it seems like the perfect soundtrack to an angsty 16 year old’s commute to school. heart-wrenching – horny – iconoclastic.
i managed to get my hands on the indie-exclusive translucent red vinyl (i don't even own a record player!). the visuals are daring, raw... she really bared it all.
her album concepts are always so innovative. the Solar Power music box (an all-paper eco-friendly alternative to a CD box) was stunning. i'm constantly inspired by her to lean harder in my authenticity, and move to the be at of my own drum.
trust your instincts. look back on who you were as a kid: everything was always there.
