A bit more time consuming than just having 5 minutes to spare, but I'm totally hooked on this game. basically, you manage a tower full of cats and you have to decorate their rooms with personalized furniture. You do this by solving nonograms (also known as picross puzzles), which give you currency to buy the furniture. the art is super cute and there's also barely any ads, but you can also play it completely offline, which won't deliver you any ads. so many games need wifi nowadays that it's really nice for when I don't feel like using any mobile data.

I've been in a really 2014 mood lately. This phone game is great and helps me manage my phone addiction because now when I pick up my phone its to check in on my cats. I feed them, I buy them things, I collect their gifts. I love it. It brings me a sense of peace.

awesome game where you find little emotibuns, name them, and plant them! you can decorate your room. cozy and offline, too. taking care of plants is low maintenance but i find myself playing mini games for an hour. ads are an option, but no pop ups :) ios and android

Someone mentioned being able to reduce the site's motion, and that's 100%โ€”but I also think changing text font/size, overriding profile themes (basically making every single page on the site show in the theme you chose for your profile and the base site only), things like that. I need high contrast and some of the themes hurt my eyes.

I'm studying insects because I love them and they bring me GREAT JOY and they're the most numerous and diverse animal group on the planet. Did you know that there is a fly that mimics bees and it is a pollinator just as important as bees. Did you know mosquitoes are pollinators. Did you know there's a millipede that grows moss on its back. The world is beautiful

Saw in theaters, great movie! of course, Bong Joon-ho is a great director and Parasite being one of my favourite movies of all time, it wasn't anywhere near his best to me. it was actually a little bit over the top and chaotic, and I think it would be annoying to some because it does get kind of quippy. But I still think it had a lot of interesting commentary on imperialism and colonization, paired with some classic economic and class issue viewpoints (every movie of his I've seen seems to touch on it at least somewhat). so I recommend it! If anything it definitely got a lot of laughs out of me (and the little alien creatures are so cute oh my goddd)
