Cook orzo pasta while you sauteé butter, garlic, onions, and broccoli in a pan. Once the pasta is finished, add the orzo to the pan with a little water left over to help steam the broccoli. Then serve and top it off with feta and cherry tomatoes. Be liberal with the butter and garlic for flavoring (sorry I don’t have a picture)

dice 3 cloves garlic and begin roasting in olive oil at medium heat in cast iron cut up as much vegetable as you want, i usually go for some combo of broccoli, zucchini, spinach, kale, chard, red bellpepper, and corn. cook as timing dictates with each, i usually like my zucchini & pepper & corn seared some. the leafy greens let off a lot of water so sometimes good to cook those separately for sauce dice 3 cloves garlic and 1/4 of an onion & begin roasting both together at half heat in any pan, i use a ceramic nonstick cube 2-3 tomatoes depending on size once garlic & onion sufficiently roasted put in tomato sauce and stir occasionally whilst allowing it to thicken, lower heat to simmer once sufficiently thick cook pasta until al denté, save some pasta water for thinning the tomato sauce, add strained pasta to cast iron with vegetables, stir well, then add sauce to this. and voila

i do a few that i love but one of the easiest is lemon brocc pasta: rotini (or penne), head or two of broccoli, loooots of spinach, lots of minced garlic (store bought is ok!), few tbsp lemon juice to taste, pinch of salt and pepper, ample parmesan pasta obv takes a bit but there’s basically no prep. if you really wanna save more time/energy literally just get microwave broccoli/chopped spinach instead of fresh lol. and if you’re cooking for one, an entire box of pasta will make quite a few meals for your next lunches and dinners, and it microwaves well! so you get the home cooked meal vibe for a few days without too much work

I first shaved my head in 2017 because I wanted to do something bold with my body, something I had considered for 2 whole weeks before just doing it. Now, I haven’t cut my hair since November 2024 and my hair is in the pixie stage. When people, usually women, ask me about cutting my hair, I always tell them to do it at least once because it’s so liberating to reclaim your body in a very obvious but temporary way. It’s also nice to not worry about extensive care and maintenance. I’m not sure if I’m going to like having long hair again, but I’m going to give it another try.
