If you’re sick or simply can’t sleep move your ass to the couch with a big blanket and get to snoozing! I have an extra duvet for this exact purpose. Reminds me of watching VH1 on the couch before middle school or being home sick at any age. Very comforting for me and confusing for the cats 10/10 recommend especially on a warm rainy day with the windows open!
going to lay down on the couch for a nap/movie with my cat trailing behind me so she can jump between my arms and snuggle in right when i lay down or midday sun shining and crawling into bed after someone for a bear hug/spooning till dusk, things that help breathing come a bit easier
