extremely dependent on if u have a blender but frozen bananas r good for ur heart frozen blueberries r good for ur soul rolled oats r good for ur thighs peanut butter is good for ur skin protein powder is expensive (but worth it maybe)

hear me out. at least for me, I’ve been obsessed with fruit since I was little. for the past 4 years I’ve been making a smoothie every morning while I listen to a podcast or audiobook. I like to experiment with different combos of ingredients. I add supplements. I enjoy a delicious smoothie every day and it’s become the highlight of my morning routine. pro tip: every smoothie needs a banana
