Usually follows a series of bad hair days but sometimes I just wish I could cut all my hair off and never have to worry. I dont think id ever be brave enough to commit though
I’ve never had my hair this short but I just had this urge to get rid of it all. It was a desire that had been building up for years and I started to feel like my long hair was like a wilted flower at the end of the summer.
Also I remember a bald friend telling me that if he had enough hair he would be experimenting with new looks all the time. So I took that to heart.
Every few months I am swarmed by an unavoidable urge to change something about my physical appearance. I usually end up cutting or dying my hair, but it has never ended pretty. I walk around with a Claireesque haircut for months. I should look for more sustainable outlets for my drastic impulses or find a way to control them altogether.
Going for runs
Having good music taste
When cats in the street give me the most attention
Reading books like a true intellectual
Having a good Pinterest
Being able to play instruments well
Going to bed before 11pm and waking up early
Having niche knowledge
Having a cup of tea in the morning
Recommendations are such an underrated love language. If I recommend you something and you dont immediately listen to it just know I feel deeply disrespected and I will never recommend you anything again.
