4 summers ago I spent lots of time taking photos of the spring ducklings, squirrels, cormorants and the like at my neighboring park and was absolutely blessed to meet Henrietta. Isn’t she stunning? Apparently they are extremely rare, and having seen a million mallards in my life, this was the first and only!
