Even if you don’t read the whole thing, the beginning will give you a different way to understand grief that isn’t what we see in (American) pop culture.

this book is a true story about a therapist who starts going to therapy. you get to read about her experience and the experiences she has with her patients. one of my favorite reads that i’ll recommend to anyone who’ll listen 💕 it brought me out of a really tough time and made me feel grown!

By Pema Chödrön. An incredible gift to anyone suffering through anything (all of us). very easy read as well.

this book is so comforting for so many reasons. firstly, it is a very quick read (~100 pages), and secondly, it's main theme is learning how it is okay to be lost in your 20's or really at any age. it promotes the importance of transition periods rather than trying trying to escape the emotions. highly HIGHLY recommend as this book literally healed me <3

The occupation persists, the oppression persists, the torture persists. The occupiers are psychotic and their work is never finished. People who’ve paid attention won’t be surprised by this photo from Gaza.
