Being happy to greet people you know

I usually get very shy and nervous to say hi to people I run into that I know. My go-to move is to ignore people and pretend I didn’t see them. I just ran into people I went to college with and it was a little awkward. However I’m proud of myself for saying hello and being excited. I was happy to see them and I’m glad to see a positive change in myself and how I interact with people.

okay this was so scary for me but i loved doing this to meet cute people: - keep a pen and paper on hand to write yr number. give it to anyone u think is sweet looking. i accosted a few people at my climbing gym >:) - no headphones at the coffee shop, sit at shared tables say hi! - say hi to all cute people with dogs (if u like dogs) such good lubrication to give them yr number. - i love meeting a hottie in the pit >:) some of my fav new people have been at music shows :p plus sometimes they also make music!
