I may not have much work experience, and my first and so far only time in a part-time job didn't go great (I sucked at my job and quit before they could fire me), but working a casual "schedule" is a *nightmare* so far.
I like knowing I have a consistent set of shifts! When I'm casual, though, the days change, the amount of shifts change, and my job has me working strictly 3 HOUR shifts. Insane! My work hours can literally be 3 hours a week. I like planning things while knowing my shifts in advance. Casual is just too sporadic for a guy like me 😔
