99% of the time its good for my dermatitis prone skin (I say 99% because some days my skin just doesn't like anything), it doesn't break me out, and it keeps me feeling hydrated. I also think it's pretty affordable for the amount of product that you get

SISH Beauty In-Shower Facial Treatment A new recommendation, but I'm loving how lightly exfoliating, deeply cleansing, and not stripping it is. It's a solid product, and it's not an everyday thing, but I can't scrub everyday anyways. It's vegan, gluten free, cruelty free, pregnancy safe and does not contain any harmful chemicals, parabens, or aluminum compounds. Eau Thermale Avène Tolerance Extremely Gentle Cleanser If I'm wearing more face makeup or a heavier eye look and I need to get it all off without ripping a layer of skin off in the process, this is the stuff. Best removed with a warm washcloth and some steam, in my opinion. Bioderma Sensibio H2O Yeah yeah, sometimes fancy water is worth it, and I think this is one of those times. It's fragrance-free, alcohol-free, and paraben-free, and doesn't make my skin more red. Best for light makeup or no makeup days when I don't want to wash with soap. Skinfix Barrier+ Foaming Oil Hydrating Cleanser In the shower, feeling like I need a good bubbly wash, I go for this Skinfix soaper. It's milky, foams, and doesn't leave the skin feeling stripped post-cleanse.

i am by no means a skincare expert, but a few years back my skin was very rough and dry on my cheeks and i found my skin barrier adjusted nicely to a hyaluronic acid serum (i use the one from good molecules which is quite affordable) and the dr jart ceramidin cream (less affordable). also a friend put me onto rosehip oil which i would apply each night either mixed in with whatever moisturizer i was using, or apply a few drops after moisturizer absorbed. my skin drank it up and it‘s also nice to give myself a nice little face massage at night :)

A no frills, unscented, foamy cleanse that has never irritated my very sensitive skin. Leaves you glowy and bouncy. Converted to this ~8 months ago after 6 years of dedication to my Glossier milky jelly. 10.40 rn on their site

I was bullied a lot for my eye color as a kid (because me having very dark brown hair and very dark brown eyes made me look "evil", apparently) and, naturally, began to dislike them. but as I've gotten out of school and away from people who put me down, I've realized how insane it is to bully someone over their eye and hair color and grown to love the color of my eyes. I mean, they may be dark but there's nothing wrong with that. and I can take pretty pictures of my eyes too, I just have to blind myself and almost stare into the sun to do so lol

recently, when I wake up in the morning and have time to kill, I've been spending a bit of time reading before or after I get myself ready to go about the day instead of sitting on my phone when I first wake up. I feel like it helps clear my mind for the day and it feels nice to not immediately scroll when I wake up like I used to

"yap" about the things that interest you all you want; enjoy your hobbies and pour your heart into them, stop worrying about if what you're into is "cringe"; if your friends don't like your hobbies/interests and put you down for enjoying them, find people that will; surround yourself with people you love who love you back and you will be so much happier than the people that are so quick to put others down for pursuing their happiness
