I have a miserable relationship with my corporeal form but very little else in the world can cut through that like singing does. It’s a such a physical and embodied practice, forces you to be so present within yourself but so free. At its best it feels like flying and at its worst it provides the impetus for self improvement. It’s one of the only things I love doing just for me. Which feels ironic somehow

I swear I’m Ariana Grande in that mf, hitting those high notes even tho my voice is not suited for them whatsoever. I advise everyone to just sing that shit with your chest and be silly with it. It feels amazing.
